STATE BILL COLORADO
The General Assembly’s Legislative Audit Committee meets next week to see new audits of a number of organizations that are state entities or receive state funding.
On Monday, a performance audit of the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo will be released as well as financial audits of the Colorado State University System. Metropolitan State College of Denver and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Internal Control Pilot Project).
On Tuesday, the committee will review a performance audit of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Workforce Investment Act Summer Youth Program. Tuesday also includes a item for general business that includes a discussion of College Invest (scholarships and loan forgiveness).
