In Wake Of HB10-1193, Amazon ‘Fires’ Its Colorado-Based Associates

“Your Associates account has been closed as of March 8, 2010, and we will no longer pay advertising fees for customers you refer to Amazon.com after that date,” the online company said in an e-mail, according to O’Reilly Radar. The company also asserts that it won’t voluntarily collect taxes on sales made in Colorado.
