Prosecutors rested their case Tuesday against Kevin Elmarr who is accused of first-degree murder in the 1987 murder of his wife, Carol Murphy. Jurors watched a videotaped reenactment of the homicide that the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office made to map out the timeline of the crime.
